FAILED: file afmisc.odf on worker 21 for product fnd username APPLSYS

 Hi,

While trying to applying the patch for upgrade of EBS suite 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 we are getting lot of failed messages like the ones listed below. Though it is not stopping the executing but still they are showing up in the 3480000.log file. SO my doubt is is it something we need to worry about? If yes how do we resolve these issues?

FAILED: file jtftkclv.sql on worker  8 for product jtf username JTF

 FAILED: file IGFSLV.odf   on worker  5 for product igf username IGF.

 FAILED: file asxfmbld.sql on worker 22 for product as  username OSM..
