Cannot view Payment Details at Customer Center @Windows7

 Hi There. I wonder if any of BRM Customer Center end user having a problem like us? FYI, we cannot view Payment Details at tab Payment -> Payment Received -> Click on any Date to view the payment details.
What happened after we click the date, there was no data display. It goes blank. We having a same problem if we re-produce the step at Windows 7 terminal only. For XP, we do not have any problem.

Recently, we just update our library file with Duser.timezone to sync the time else the date will delayed 1 day.

Please help & need your expert advise on this.
