Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the impact to turn the keyswitch to service while domain is up and running?

Reason I want to turn the keyswitch is to login to default user to create new user with desired permission, while the domain OS is running.

Can I do that?

I cant find any document on the effect of change keyswitch while the domain is online.
