AQ_SRVNTFN_TABLE_Q in 11GR2.

According to Doc 1266795.1, AQ_SRVNTFN_TABLE_Q is not there in 11GR2. So, What is the alternative of using this queue? Any directions how to cope with failed notifications?

In version 11.2 I see following remark lines regarding above table in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/execaq.sql
 "Create AQ_SRVNTFN_TABLE dynamically in emon"

What does this mean and how can we find this dynamic table in emon.
