Limiting elevated privileges based on ZFS dataset or directories

Hello,
Is there a way to limit elevated privileges provided by roles to within a ZFS dataset or directory of a dataset?
For instance: Is it possible to grant elevated privileges for using chown only within a ZFS dataset?

PS: The motivation of this is to match or try something similar to the functionality of directories in Cmd_Alias configuration of sudo (sudoers).
