 i have a database installed in 192.168.x.x series . i have installed oracle http server and oracle html db using companion CD in the same server. after installing oracle http server, i am not able to connect to database , it is givjng error tns could not be able to resolve the connect identifier specified. put  tnsping is happening to the database using servicename .what could be the problem. pl suggest
