some one pls help to resolve this issue
Errors in file d:\oracle\admin\abcd9ir2\bdump\abcd9ir2_lgwr_6284.trc:
ORA-00345: redo log write error block 84199 count 2
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\ABCD9IR2\G1L1ABCD9IR2.RDO'
ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
OSD-04008: WriteFile() failure, unable to write to file
O/S-Error: (OS 33) The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.
