OE Line status 'Fulfilled', if any OE line is cancelled, after Order was booked.

Hi All,

Your advice in the following scenario.

.

Application version and release is 12.1.3

Workflows:

               Header >> Order Flow - Generic with Header Level Invoice Interface

                Lines  >> Line Flow - Generic with Header Level Invoice Interface

.

Problem is:

User cancels OE line or lines after Order is Booked.  Shipping Transactions is done BUT Status of remaining OE lines stays / remains as ‘Fulfilled’ and that of Header as ‘Booked’ unless until pushed / ‘Retry’ through “Workflow Administrator’ Status Monitor.

.
