restore and recover from cloning tape.

urgently in need of restore production database from cloning tape. We usually backup our database to networker daily  with offsite 15 days recycle. we use  rman to backup the archive logs to tape  daily within 2 hours interval. The problem is i need to restore and recover the database 45 days back from the cloned tape which is outside our 15 days offsite recycle policy.  any help will be appreciated.
