Missing Bank Name of Header Record 1 position position 41-63

 We are having issues with the bank name not printing on the ACH Flat File from payroll in 9.0 update 2 for Tools Release 8.98.4.1. 

The immediate destination for auto deposit has a blank in position 1.  The bank routing code is set up in UDC 06/BC.  Has anyone had this issue?  Thank you for any information you can provide.
