Strange features of fully Virtualized guest Windows 2008 on OVM 2.2.1

 Hi all, it's normal that:
- shutting down Win guest it's ok, but after a while it suddenly restart;
but
- shutting it down from ovm manager, it stays down, without restart;
Do You agree: it's normal?
