How to convert LMT System allocation type to LMT Uniform allocation type?

 Hi Gurus,

Please help me on the following:

I want to convert an LMT System allocation type tablespace in a 10.2.0.4 database to an LMT Uniform allocation type tablespace in the same database. Please suggest me what all are the options available. It is a production database. I do not want to drop the tablespace. The tablespace is only 300 MB size. It has one LOB index also. I was suggested one option through an Oracle SR. But I am not happy with that.

Please advise.
