OTL: Expenditure Types not available in OTL Alternate Names

 We have created several new expenditure types in 12.0.6, for various classes supplier invoice, expense reports, and straight time, then submitted the OTL process 'Generate Flexfield and Mapping Information', but the expenditure types are not available for assignment to alternate names in OTL. Has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so what was the resolution?  We logged an SR which is ongoing but I have no resolution at this point.
