Ship Confirm Error: The document category has no valid sequence assigned

Hi,


While doing ship confirm, it is showing some warnings and an error.

Warning: Item on delivery detail 464958 does not have pre-specified weight and volume.

Error: The document category has no valid sequence assigned.
------------------------------------
Interface Trip Stop request 23081456 has been submitted
------------------------------------
Warning: 1 stops were successfully closed.
1 stops were closed with warnings.

This issue is with two order types which was created recently.

What went wrong while doing the setup. 

I have found a patch 8608685 for shipping execution, but that was for "ship Confirm on the same date specified as 'end date' in document sequence assignment,
document seqence assignment end date is 31-Dec-2011.
