MSC_TRADING_PARTNERS table has -1 in partner_number column

 Hi,

Not sure whether this is the correct community to raise the question. We are on 11.5.10.2 version. Sourcing rules is populating the table MSC_TRADING_PARTNERS.

We have observed that there are few items for which column partner_number has -1 value whereas partner name are different for all the cases. Both are having two different partner type i.e. 1 and 2.

There are records with partner type 2 which have proper number populated in partner_number column. My question is

1) When system populates -1 in partner_number column of MSC_TRADING_PARTNERS.

2) I just want to display the supplier number and name. Which fields are suitable to display the same from MSC_TRADING_PARTNERS table
