Custom Application/Objects in R12 Upgrade

Hi,  

We are trying to upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3, wanted to know steps involved around the upgrading custom objects

e.g. we have created custom Application XXGL and we have custom Forms, custom Reports, custom Tables and Custom packages under this custom application.

anybody has done similar activity and has list of steps for custom application R12 upgrade (end-to-end steps would be great)
