Want to attach the attachment to Siebel attachment list by Scripting

 Hi,

I am writing one BS to attach the attachment in Siebel.It is attaching but when I try to open the attachment , nothing opens..could someone have idea regarding this,how to attach any attachment in Siebel by Scripting..
