Shipment of Lot quantites

 All,

Quickly iam looking at some knowldge base where i can find setups required for shipment of lot quanitiy,

example; if i have a lot of 10 if customer have requirment of qty 14 then the shipment should pick up for 20 qty ; also let me know if have any mandatory profiels to setup
