Mass standard cost update possible?

 Is there a method to perform a pending cost update on a mass basis? (changing material and/or overheads) I'm familiar with item and category imports but I'm not aware of any method to change pending costs for thousands of parts at a time. We're on 11.5.9 and don't use the Bill of Material module, so I'm looking for an Inventory module solution.
