Work WS with User&Password Siebel session

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question
Hi experts,

I'm working with java web services to integrate Siebel CRM OnDemand with EBS, and now im working with constants variables for user and password but i want to know how can i work with user y password siebel session?

 Please, if someone can help me...i need to resolve this problem.
