Internet expenses tax calculation

 Hello,

I am in R12, and had to create a new tax rate in order to add the taxes to IE Reports.

Is my frist time working with this so I dont know if this is the way it is suppose to work. for example:

Create a Report for 200.00, export Report to AP, when clicking on calculate tax, the line is reducted to 186.91 and the tax is for 13.08... so it is like recalculating the lines in order to get the tax..  Is this the way this works?
