CIP Capitalization

Hi,

Our Company is in the process of build new manufacturing facility. During the construction process, they maintain all the cost into 3 CIP Asset : Physical Construction, Interior Design work and Infrastructure work.

My question is, let say if we finish the construction process, is it possible to capitalized / merged those 3 CIPs into 1 asset only (Asset  : Factory)?

Is using group depreciation will help me to cater this requirement? (makes those 3 assets as member of a group (factory) so when it's time to capitalized, I only managed the assets at group level.
