Migrate Oracle 9i 32 bit to Oracle 10g 64 bit

Hi Master and Guru...


Please help us to solve this problem, this is our working environment :

Source : HP Proliant DL 380 G5 + Windows 2003 Server R2 32 bit  EE + Oracle 9i EE (9.2.0.8) 32 bit


Target : HP Proliant DL 380 G7 + Empty (New Machine)


Application : JD Edwards 8.11


The Question is :


Can we upgrade Oracle 9i 32 bit to Oracle 10g 64 bit ? If so, whether it will interfere with the application of JD Edward's (we use the JD Edward 8.11)?

I can't find migration document from Oracle 9i 32 bit to Oracle 10g 64 bit for Windows in metalink...
