SSO enable issue - SBL-ODS-00443

Hi On Demand Experts, 

We have issue in SSO enabling using POST method and SAML_SUBJECT using SSO ID, when we login to SSO page then we get below error:

Sign In Error: Your account does not exist or has not been configured for Single Sign-On (User: 103016048). Please contact your company administrator for more information.(SBL-ODS-00443)

Click Path: Use company provided Idp URL -> Login with your SSO:103016048/PWD -> Assertion takes place and calls Target On Demand URL -> On Demand page display with above error.

Below are already done for my user page:
1.Authentication Type:User ID/PWD or Single Sign-On
