Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Installing Oracle Database Client 10g Release 2 (10.2) on a Windows 2008 R2

Hi,

I try to install Oracle Database Client 10.2.0.4 on a Windows 2008 R2 but the runInstall return an error:

"Checking operating system version: must be 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 or 6.0. Actual 6.1. Failed"

What is the minimum version that i have to install: 10.2.0.4 or 11.1.0.x
