PO Discounts

Hello Experts,

       I gather that there is no seeded solution to leverage discounts on the PO. I can see so many ERs queue, yet no response from oracle interms of solution. Having said that iam sure there will be many companys out there who should have discovered some alternative solution to accomodate unconditional discounts on the PO header. Here is the generic business scenario  :

Procurement negotiates a volume (unconditional) discount from the vendor based on various terms. Now when buyer raised a PO, they need to be able to include the discount value at the PO header and the same value will negate with the total PO amount based on the PO lines (qty * price).
