Error ORA-00942: table or view does not exist- when doing the upgrep.

 Hi,

We are getting the ORA-00942: table or view does not exist error when we are running the upgrep process. We are doing the DEV upgrade and running the database wizard. We are upgrading from Siebel 7.5.3 to Siebel 8.1.1. We checked the ODBC connections and our DBA checked the database parameters and everything looks good. But when we run the wizard, we get this ORA error.
