Addition and Adjustment API usage for populating global attributes in fa_books or fa_adjustments

 Which section of addition API /adjustment is to be used to populate global attribute values for fa_books or fa_adjustments. Ideally we would like to populate both the tables with info.

we are able to successfully populate the attribute columns in fa_additions_b or fa_transaction_headers using the API's.
