Print Immediate option issue

I've mapped the UBE to be run locally... and when I prompted for the options either to run on screen or printer...I choose printer...and the PDF goes directly there (after selecting the printer)...but now I have the following issue...that some data (Arabic - non English) shown as rubbish ...when I checked the JDE.log...I found the following message:

 
5072/332 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject            Thu Jul 07 09:53:13.955005    k2pfpdfpcl.c1021
    PRTPCL000002 - Unsupported character error
