CHALLENGE ON ORACLE 9i INSTALLATION

please assist i was installing an oracle database on oracle 9i for my orangnisation and encounted an error 'The file "F:\oracle\ora\assistance\dbca\templates\Data_Warehouse.dfj" containing the datafiles
information is not found please specify a valid file.

Please what do i do.
