Block corruption

Hi,We have noticed some block corruption in datafile which is causing apllication job failed and also export job is failing.We tried to run DBV but it is taking long time and and seems it is not doing anything.
Table is really very large and moving it to different tablespace is a time consuming task.It is production box running at 10.2.0.5 at IBM AIX Box.Please suggest any immediate solution so that Application can bypass the error and run the load successfully.Please suggest with step and syntax.
