Have just installed BIPublisher Desktop and am getting Run-Time Error '429' when trying to click any

I have just installed 11.1.1.5 on my Window 7 Professional machine.  I'm trying to walk through the tutorials, so I loaded the sample file, Balance Letter Start.rtf in Word 2007.  Now I'm trying to load the sample xml data, but get this run time error when I click the Sample XML icon.  Turns out, it doesn't matter which icon I click in the BIPublisher ribbon, I get the same error.

I have tried running the following files in Repair mode, but still getting the error: TBMenusSetup.msi, TBMenus2007Setup.msi, ETBMenuSetup2007.msi.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
