Contact Center header search SR tab result blank

When searching by Customer details on the Contact Center header the search results are pulling back different set of SRs in the results for different Users (e.g. Search by Customer number 50699636DE, user A search results pulled back SRs 7118000015 7118800001 7118800014 71188000015; User B results displayed SR 7117900002)
Please help, Is this related to some setup issue, intended functionality ?
