Can I set Index BOM_STRUCTURES_B_N2 to unique index

The customer found BOM_STRUCTURES_B_N2 change to normal index in 11.5.10 compare to unique index in 11.5.9He asked if any bad effect should be occurred on system, when recreate BOM_STRUCTURES_B_N2 to unique index in 11.5.10
