Agile 9.2.1.6 - After adding new LDAP user and then adding user groups to the users. Roles are not a

Hi All,

After adding new LDAP user and then adding user groups to the users. Roles in the user group are not applied to the users.

The User group has a blank/empty entry and the user is not available.

But if we see in the user's user group tab this user group is available.

Has any one one faced this issue? Any solutions?
