Oracle Feild Sales implimentation

Hi All,

I am new to Oracle CRM. I worked on Siebel CRM previously and have shifted to Oracle CRM recently and am responsible for implimenting Oracle Feild Sales module in my current company. I have gone through the implimentation guide and user guide as of now. If someone has any document which could help me in this project, request you to kindly forward it to me on my mail id - akshat109@gmail.com or attach it here.

Also could someone plese clarify the difference between oracle sales , oracle feild sales, and oracle offline and if all of them need to have a licence for each module seperately ? Offline I believe is for remote synchronization process ... I have a brief overview on that. Does it need any server configurations specially for using it and is it cost effective like in case of Siebel ?
