Warranty is Superseded by Extended Service

Hello All,
   Client is looking to see if there is any Oracle functionality to auto-terminate a warranty contract if an extended service contract is purchased at the same time.  Scenario:  Customer purchases a product that has a warranty in the BOM and also purchases an Extended Service Contract.  The extended Service contract is intended to supersede the warranty.  When the product is shipped the warranty contract is created per normal functionality and the ext. service contract is also created, both are linked to the instance.  In this scenario, the client wants the warranty contract to be termed because the ext. service
