You cannot receive a purchase order because the status is 999, but it has never been received.

This usually happens because you printed the PO (purchase order) more than once. The program increments the status codes each time you print it. This extra advance of the status codes can move the PO to a 999 status before it is received. You can avoid that problem by setting the P43500 processing option to prevent updating the next status code.

You can fix this PO by inquiring on it in PO Entry (P4311), and moving the last and next status back to the appropriate codes, e.g., 380/400. There is a P4311 processing option which you may need to change temporarily:
