How to set up elements and Taxation for South African Payroll ?

Hi

I am trying to colloborate in order to gather some information/knowledge regarding payroll implementation, specifically for south african Legislation.

Need help with any relevant documents/references/best practices. I need to know how to set up elements and taxation needs to be configured in oracle payroll specific to south africa .

Any other project document / artifacts related to south african payroll would be helpful.
