Prevent SO Shipment if Schedule Ship Date is in the future

Is there an OM profile/setup that prevents sales order shipments if attempting to use a ‘Schedule Ship Date’ that is in the future?  We have OM Global Parameters - Allow Future Ship Date unchecked.
