Deleting Agreements

My customer is looking to delete agreements from Siebel since they have fallen out of synch from what they are in Oracle EBS (Contracts) due to a botched batch job.

They want to delete everything but the latest revision of the agreement.

I am very concerned; can someone tell me the implications of deleting the original agreement.
