Notification has been sent to the users and user groups, but few users have got the notification and few have not.

Case:

Two users from the same user group and from that one has recieved the notification(both agile and email) but the other has not recieved both.

This has happened to many users.

I am not sure as to why this is happening.

Has anyone face this issue before?

What is the solution for this issue?
