Supplier Lifecycle Management - Supplier Performance users not able to provide inputs.

Hi,

   I create a Qualitative Performance Evaluation for suppliers using the below steps:

Supplier Management User> Supplier Qualification and Evaluation> Create RFI>Write Title & Apply Template 'GE Supplier Performance Evaluation'. The template has the Collaboration Team, Requirements. Also, define Scoring Setting, Evaluation Setting, Controls, choose suppliers and submit RFI.

Evaluators did not receive any mail. The RFI is visible for the evaluators in Oracle login, however, they were not able to enter any response. Please advise what could be causing this issue. Thanks.
