Users from Siebel Cannot access BI Publisher reports

Hello BI Publisher experts,

We just installed and configured BI Publisher and integrated with Siebel CRM 8.1.1.3. Followed the steps in the Report Guide and using SADMIN account ran all the steps, including the patches.

With SADMIN id we can see all the Custom reports in BI Publisher. However end users (LDAP authenication)are not able to see the custom reports. Whne they click the Report generation icon they are not able to see the Custom reports. We tried by assigning the SADMIn to this user (just for verification) bu still they are not able to see the reports.

We have EAI OM configured for DB Authentication , AOL configured for LDAP authentication and BI Publisger Security is set to 'Siebel Security'. I have read few of the blogs and they state this Mixed Authentication works just fine. What am I missing here ??
