Upgrade of Oracle Client from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2

Hello,
would anybody please the which procedure is recommended for upgrading to Oracle CLIENT from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2?
Would you do an in-place upgrade for the client?

In-Place Upgrade of Oracle Database Client

This functionality is available starting with Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.2). Use the In-Place Upgrade feature of Oracle Database Client to upgrade an existing Oracle Database Client 11g Release 2 (11.2) version with the latest Oracle Database Client version.


Is there a detailed description for In-place upgrade available?
