Oracle Apps Patch Alerts

Is there any ways to get proactive patch alerts from Oracle product development for Oracle Apps products.
For example our customer is still in 11i and like to know as soon as any Patches (enhancements/bug fixes)
become available for any of the Modules they are running.
Please let me know if there is any distribution list we can subscribe to or any metalink site we can get these info.
