Child Support EFT

Is anyone in Texas using EFT for child support payments?  I cannot determine which payment instrument code to use to get the data in the correct CTX format for the Attorney General's office.  I have a SR opened, but have been unsuccessful with that route.  I have the manual and all associated documents that support has suggested, but not having any luck producing a file.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
