I can't find anything in "Item Instance Query"

In the responsibility of Oracle Asset Tracking, I can find out the Instance number defined in EAM, but in the responsibility of Oracle Install Base Admin, I can't find anything in "Item Instance Query". The error shows: No records were found matching the given criteria.
