Hi,
I'm encountered problem on M4000 server which amber light is steady on with no other hardware faulty. Below is the output:

service> showstatus
    MBU_A Status:Normal;
*       MEMB#2 Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#0A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#0B Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#1A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#1B Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#2A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#2B Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#3A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#3B Status:Deconfigured;
*       MEMB#3 Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#0A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#0B Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#1A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#1B Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#2A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#2B Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#3A Status:Deconfigured;
*           MEM#3B Status:Deconfigured;

The MEMB#2 & MEMB#3 is Deconfigured and all the memory of both memory board is not able to seen in OS.

Howdy, Stranger!
