Deploy ESU - Urgent

Hi,
I have downloaded an ESU and their dependencies thru Change Assistant.
Then we made an Single Update Package which covers the downloaded ESU and their dependency objects.
In the Package Build, R9621xxxx and R9622xxxx ran successfully.

Then we try to deploy the same,  we have got this brutal error:
R98825D
ERROR:
EventRule : Business Function DeploySOPackage at line 88 for Event 13 in Section Joined View between F98826 and has caused a memory violation.

Please tell us the step by step process at a user level since we are not so expertise in CNC.
Treat this as most urgent please.
